Empacking your travel suitcase
Packing for a Weekend Getaway:
The first step for a great weekend trip is... packing, and packing well.
These short trips that fill us with vitality, relax us, and excite us should start with precise questions and answers when it comes to packing. "Will it be cold? Will it be hot? Should I bring formal shoes?" All these questions will be answered, and we'll give you some tips to make this long and daunting process easier:
If your memory is not the best, make a list. Write down everything that is essential to you, such as wallet, phone, ID, charger.
Focus on what's really important and choose wisely. Remember that it's a weekend trip, and your suitcase should be appropriate for that duration. Not too big, not too small.
Stick to basics and colors that go well with those basics. For example, white shirts and t-shirts are versatile basics that will help you quickly mix and match without having to bring a thousand different options in your suitcase.
Don't forget the toiletry bag. Pack all your essentials there: toothbrush, razor, gel, sunscreen, moisturizer, perfume, and hairbrush. Check!
Fitting everything in the suitcase, well, we've reached the interesting part. "How can I make everything fit?" Start by packing underwear at the bottom since it can be easily folded. Then, move on to pants, sweaters, t-shirts, and shirts. Shoes should be packed in a cloth bag to prevent them from dirtying anything. On top of everything, place the toiletry bag and anything else you may need.
¡You're ready for your trip!
