Description of the Campaign The ARCHIVE promotional campaign is organized by SOLOIO, located at cra 49a #93-42. The campaign consists of an auction of limited edition products that will take place on soloio.com from July 03, 2024 until July 09, 2024.

  1. Eligibility 2.1. Participation is open to people from anywhere in the world and of legal age.
  2. Auction Procedure 3.1. To participate, users must register on soloio.com and accept these Terms and Conditions. 3.2. The Auction will start on July 03, 2024 at [start time] and will end on July 09, 2024 at [end time]. 3.3. Participants may place incremental bids on the products or services offered. 3.4. The minimum starting bid shall be as stated and each incremental bid must be at least $5 USD. 3.5. Campaign images are not part of the auction.
  3. Determination of the Winner 4.1. The winner will be the participant who has placed the highest bid at the close of the auction. 4.2. In the event of a tie, the winner shall be the participant who has placed the highest bid first.
  4. Payment and Delivery 5.1. The winner must complete the payment of the amount of his/her winning bid within 2 business days from the winning notification. 5.2. Payment will be made through payment gateway provided by the courier. 5.3. Delivery of the product or service will be made within 3 to 6 business days after confirmation of payment.
  5. Cancellation and Refunds 6.1. soloio reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. 6.2. In case of cancellation, any amount paid by the participants will be refunded.
  6. Data Protection 7.1. The personal data of the participants will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy of soloio. 7.2. By participating in the auction, users agree that their personal data will be used for purposes related to the campaign.
  7. Limitation of Liability 8.1. soloio shall not be liable for any technical failures that may affect the operation of the Auction. 8.2. soloio's liability is limited to the value of the auctioned product or service. 8.3. soloio does not assume any shipping costs or duties according to the country.
  8. Acceptance of Terms 9.1. By participating in the auction, users accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
